The Site provides general information, tools, and a way to request insurance quotes for small-business owners. We connect you with licensed insurance agents and carriers. We are not an insurance carrier and do not issue policies, bind coverage, or guarantee that coverage will be offered. Any policy is issued solely by the applicable carrier, subject to its underwriting, terms, and approval.

3. Quote requests
When you submit a quote form, you authorize us to share your information with licensed insurance agents, agencies, and carriers to process your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Quotes are estimates only, are not offers of insurance, and may change based on underwriting and verification. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Consent to be contacted
By submitting a form you consent to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, text message (SMS), and email. Consent to automated calls/texts is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; email hello@founderignite.com to stop calls.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Submit false information or another person's information without authorization;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt the Site or its systems;

9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDERIGNITE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Nevada.
11. Changes to these terms
